    1. I wrote “Seriously, Don’t Use Icon Fonts” almost six years ago, but I still encounter broken icon fonts all the dang time. Here’s an example from @FanbyteMedia this morning. (Those are supposed to be FontAwesome icons.)

    Not that I expected my article to single-handedly change anything. I guess I just expected by now that more people would embrace SVG (which has so many benefits) or improve the way icon fonts are implemented (which @zachleat wrote about over seven years ago).
