    @ceeoreo_ Everyone's different, but what (sometimes) works for me: 1. Change my posture and/or surroundings (forces my brain to reset) 2. Mindfulness meditation for 5–10 minutes (forces my brain to quiet) 3. Draw, write or doodle how I'm feeling on paper (makes my problems feel tangible)
