@SpiritAirlines This was in 2013. You delayed the flight constantly, gave us incorrect departure instructions that contradicted airport hours, did not offer a replacement flight that wasn't days away, did not offer to reimburse more than 10% of hotel or re-booking with a different airline. 1/2

@SpiritAirlines I didn't listen to friends and family that warned me about your cramped flights and terrible service, and had plenty of time to feel like an idiot re-booking on a competing airline in the middle of the night in a closed airport. Never again! 2/2
